The Roya Valley offers several canyons for canyoning at various levels. The Maglia Canyon was considered one of Europe's most beautiful with turquoise pools, slides and jumps. Changed after Storm Alex 2020, but still impressive.

The Roya Valley is the training ground of French Enduro champions. The race "Le Loup du Bois Noir" takes place annually in Breil-sur-Roya. Rocky single tracks, switchbacks through the forest - up to 3,000-4,000 meters of descent per day possible.

A via ferrata with history: The route passes the castle ruins of the Counts Lascaris and the Saint-Sauveur chapel, with panoramic views of medieval Tende. Himalayan bridges, monkey bridges and two ziplines over 100m.
